Job Description: As a Rope Access Cleaner (Level 1), you will be responsible for high-rise cleaning tasks using specialized rope access techniques.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience
- Level 1 IRATA Certificate is mandatory
- Proficiency in using rope access equipment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing cleaning tasks on high-rise buildings
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any issues
BMU Operator
Job Description: The BMU Operator will handle the operation of Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) to facilitate maintenance and cleaning tasks on tall structures.

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience
- IPAF Certificate is preferred
- Knowledge of BMU systems

- PASMA Certificate is preferred
