Position: Graphic Designer
Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at Royal Orchid Hospitality, you will be a key member of our marketing team, responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that communicate our brand’s message and values. Your creativity and expertise will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the Royal Orchid brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all marketing channels.
Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Innovate: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance our visual presence.
Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software, primarily Adobe Photoshop (Ps) and Adobe Illustrator (Ai), to create compelling graphics.
Portfolio Development: Continuously develop a portfolio of design work that showcases your creative skills and ability to deliver impactful visual content.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (Ps) and Adobe Illustrator (Ai). Familiarity with other design software is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise and versatility.
