Open Positions: Join Immediately

1) Architectural Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings for DC1 approval in Baladiya.
• Utilize AutoCAD software proficiently to create detailed designs.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy in drawings.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a design engineering consultancy company in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of DC1 approval processes.

2) 3D Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D walk-through and fly-through animations.
• Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations on 3D renderings.
• Efficiently model and convert data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages.
• Translate designs from architects and engineers into technical drawings.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in creating 3D animations and renderings.
• Proficiency in CAD and other 3D modeling software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to convert complex designs into technical drawings.

3) Civil Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage and oversee site activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• UPDA Grade A certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering consultancy company in Qatar.
• Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).

4) Design Architect

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory standards and project specifications.

Qualifications:

• UPDA Grade A, B, or C certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a design engineering consultancy company in Qatar.
• Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
