Position Details
Head Waiter
As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining room operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. You will train and mentor junior staff, manage reservations, and handle guest complaints with professionalism and poise.
Waiter
Waiters are the backbone of our front-of-house team. Your primary role will be to ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing recommendations from our menu.
Floor Runner
Floor Runners play a vital role in supporting the wait staff and ensuring the dining room operates smoothly. Responsibilities include delivering food from the kitchen to tables, assisting with setup and cleanup, and responding to guest requests promptly.
Receptionist / Reservationist
