Position Overview: Lifeguard Supervisor & Trainer

The Lifeguard Supervisor & Trainer will oversee the daily operations of pool facilities under our management. This includes supervising lifeguards, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lifeguarding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision of Lifeguards: As a Lifeguard Supervisor, you will manage a team of lifeguards, ensuring they are vigilant and adhering to safety protocols at all times. You will be responsible for scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to ensure the highest level of safety and service.

  • Training and Development: In addition to supervision, you will also serve as a trainer, conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our lifeguards. This includes both initial training for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing staff.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Lifeguard Supervisor License: A valid Lifeguard Supervisor license is mandatory for this position. Candidates must demonstrate their certification and maintain it throughout their employment.

  • Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in the UAE: Experience in lifeguarding and supervision within the UAE is required. Familiarity with local safety regulations and cultural norms will be advantageous.

  • Valid UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required as the role may involve travel between different pool facilities.

  • Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with both team members and pool users is critical.

  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are required for this role, including the ability to use email, create reports, and manage schedules electronically.
