1. Hostess

As a Hostess at EL&N London, you will be the face of our brand, welcoming guests with warmth and ensuring they have a memorable experience from the moment they enter our café. Your role will involve:

• Greeting Guests: Welcoming customers as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
• Managing Reservations: Overseeing the seating arrangements and managing reservations to optimize the dining experience.
• Customer Interaction: Engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and providing information about the menu and services.
• Maintaining Ambience: Ensuring that the entrance and waiting areas are clean, inviting, and well-organized.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

2. Waiter

As a Waiter at EL&N London, your primary responsibility is to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for:

• Taking Orders: Accurately taking food and drink orders from guests and relaying them to the kitchen.
• Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering orders to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all items are presented attractively.
• Providing Menu Recommendations: Offering suggestions and answering any questions guests may have about the menu.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping tables clean and tidy, resetting them for the next guests, and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Waiter in a high-end restaurant or café.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

3. Support Waiter

As a Support Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dining area by assisting the Waiters and Hostesses. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with Service: Supporting Waiters in delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Clearing and Resetting Tables: Ensuring that tables are quickly cleared and reset for the next guests.
• Maintaining Stock Levels: Monitoring and replenishing stock of essential items like cutlery, napkins, and condiments.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a support role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
