Job Location:

Dubai, UAE

Experience Required:

• 5-10 Years of hands-on site experience in construction projects across Dubai, specifically in:
  • Schools
  • Residential buildings
  • Commercial projects

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Overseeing and managing MEP operations on-site.
• Coordinating MEP designs and ensuring compliance with construction plans.
• Supervising teams to ensure proper installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Preparing, monitoring, and revising project plans and schedules.
• Drafting technical drawings and designs using software tools.
• Conducting quality assurance and control inspections.
• Managing store inventory for MEP materials and equipment.
• Handling project documentation and ensuring records are up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in MEP services within the construction industry in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Previous work on large-scale construction projects.
• For technical and managerial positions, a degree or diploma in engineering or related fields is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage site teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for drafting positions.
• Knowledge of local UAE construction regulations and standards.
