Positions Available

1. Plumber

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and mark locations for plumbing installations.
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes with electrical, HVAC, and structural systems.
• Proficient in pipe-cutting, threading, welding, and soldering.
• Experience with materials such as PVC, copper, PEX, and cast iron.
• Install pipes for cold and hot water supply.
• Connect pipes to water sources, tanks, and fixtures.
• Install drainage pipes, sewer lines, and venting systems.
• Conduct pressure tests on water and drainage lines for leaks.
• Inspect drainage systems for proper flow and ensure compliance with municipal sewer or septic systems.
  
• Address plumbing issues, such as leaks and blockages, during construction phases.
• Install sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, faucets, and water filtration units.

2. Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys to determine wiring layouts and material requirements.
• Estimate electrical component requirements, including conduits, breakers, and panels.
• Install conduits, wiring, and raceways according to project drawings.
• Pull cables through conduits to ensure proper circuit connections.
• Install DB, SMDB, LV panels, generators, and MCC panels.
• Perform earthing and lightning protection works.
• Execute cable glanding and termination tasks.
• Install lighting fixtures, switches, dimmers, and motion sensors.
• Test circuits for continuity, resistance, and load capacity.
• Troubleshoot issues such as open circuits, short circuits, and insulation loss.
