Most ignored CVs from Pakistan are not ignored because the person has no skill. They are ignored because the first screen is a paragraph about a dynamic professional, a passport photo with a busy background, and duties copied from a different job. Recruiters in Dubai and Riyadh look at hundreds of files a week on a phone. Your file has about fifteen seconds. This is how to spend those seconds.
Open with the job title they advertised, add location and joining time, then prove the last two jobs with tools, numbers, and places, not adjectives.
The top third of page one
Put your name, target job title, city in Pakistan, phone with country code, and email. Add one line: Open to UAE / KSA / Qatar, available in X weeks. If you already hold a visit or employment status, say so honestly. Do not write a career objective that could belong to anyone.

Experience that can be checked
For each job: employer, city, dates, then five bullets that a supervisor would recognise. Sold, repaired, cooked, drove, closed, installed, billed. If you used a system, name it. If you led two people, say two, not a team. Dates must match your experience letters. Gaps are fine if you label them.
Skills are a filter, not decoration
List skills that appear in the vacancy. A storekeeper should mention GRN, FIFO, and the software they used. A nurse should mention the ward and the licence. A graphic designer should mention the tools and the kind of work, not Photoshop expert only. Delete soft skills unless you can attach them to a result.
Photo, religion, and personal lines
Many Gulf employers still expect a photo. Use a plain background and formal clothes. Keep religion, father's name, and full home address off the first page unless a specific government form asks for them. Marital status is optional. Save space for work.
